Group Coaching

A type of coaching practice that encourages dialogue, discovery, and action within the group. Peer Group Coaching will be used to promote conversation and a learning space between the members of the group, while the coach oversees and mediates the interactions. The aim of Group Coaching is to provide a safe space for open discussion, to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and new ideas.
